Refund Policy


Dusty Rose Boutique will gladly accept returns or exchanges of any unworn clothing item. Item must show no visible stain, wear, or defect. That also includes free of all smells. We only offer store credit for your returns or exchanges within 10 days of the delivery date. Post mark date must be within this time frame or your return will not be accepted. After that period, no orders will be eligible for return nor exchange. We do request that you notify us via email BEFORE returning an item or making an exchanging. This way we can confirm your item is eligible for return and provide you with our mailing address. Contact us at april@shopdustyrose.com

Non-Return Items: Promotional, Sale, Clearance Items, Intimates, Swimwear, Accessories, and Exchanges. These are all final sale.

Exchanges: An exchange can be made once from the original purchase. Once an exchange has been made, the new item (exchange piece) then becomes a FINAL SALE item and can not be exchanged again nor will store credit or a refund be given.

NOTICE:: If returning for store credit (not exchange), original price of shipping will be deducted from your store credit balance.



Please inform us as soon as possible if you have received defective merchandise or any error with your order. Damaged or incorrect items are the only returns that qualify for a return label. For damaged merchandise, please email a photo to april@shopdustyrose.com 

Returned Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or replacement product to reach you, may vary. Please consider using trackable shipping. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing returns once received.
